Lead is now hiring Material Handler/Warehouse Associate for a project in Plant City, FL. Material Handler/Warehouse Associate are responsible for the physical movement, storage, and management of materials and products within a warehouse, manufacturing facility, or distribution center. Duties include loading and unloading shipments, operating material-handling equipment like forklifts, organizing and tracking inventory using software, packaging goods, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This role is crucial for ensuring that materials are delivered and managed efficiently, requiring physical stamina, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will be required to do it all, cross-training. You will be rotating positions in the warehouse.
