Mike Bashore Agency is looking for a creative, outgoing, entrepreneurial college student to join our team as a Marketing & Business Development Intern. This is a hands-on internship for someone who wants real experience building a local brand, creating social media content, developing business relationships, supporting community marketing, and learning how a successful small business grows. You won't spend the semester making copies or watching from the sidelines. We want someone who can bring ideas, create content, represent our agency in the community, and take ownership of projects.

Some evening or weekend availability may occasionally be needed for events. A minimum one-semester commitment is expected. The internship can continue across multiple semesters, and exceptional interns may have the opportunity to grow into a longer-term or career position with the agency.
Academic credit is available, and a project-based stipend may also be available depending on the internship structure. Approved mileage for community outreach and events will be reimbursed.
