Job Description

IDR is seeking a Program Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing large-scale technology implementations and coordinating complex fund events within a highly regulated environment.

Position Overview for the Program Manager:

• Serve as the End-to-End Fund Event Test Coordinator for global fund launches, changes, closures, and other fund events.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness activities across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Facilitate issue resolution and drive teams toward decisions and commitments.
• Coordinate testing and implementation processes within a project delivery framework.
• Support continuous improvement through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements for the Program Manager:

• Experience coordinating large-scale technology implementations or project delivery across multiple teams.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness activities across complex initiatives.
• Ability to facilitate issue resolution and drive teams toward decisions and commitments.
• Understanding of technology delivery, testing, and implementation processes.

$50-$53/hr
