Location:

Towson, Maryland. This is an on-site opportunity offering close collaboration with our team and direct interaction with the business owners and clients we serve.

Note:

An active CPA license, 10+ years of public accounting or CPA firm experience, 5+ years of financial statement compilation and review experience, and 5+ years of business tax preparation and/or review experience are required.

• Prepare and review financial statement compilations and reviews for business clients.
\n
• Prepare and review business tax returns and related filings while identifying tax planning opportunities.
\n
• Serve as a trusted advisor to closely held businesses and their owners on accounting, tax, and financial matters.
\n
• Analyze financial information and recommend practical strategies to improve profitability and operating efficiency.
\n
• Help clients develop reliable financial reporting processes that accurately reflect business activity.
\n
• Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and high-quality service.
\n
• Build lasting client relationships through proactive communication, sound judgment, and confidential personal attention.
\n
• Collaborate with firm leadership and colleagues to deliver timely, technically strong client solutions.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Active CPA license required.
\n
• 10+ years of public accounting or CPA firm experience required.
\n
• 5+ years of financial statement compilation and review experience required.
\n
• 5+ years of business tax preparation and/or review experience required.
\n
• Strong accounting, taxation, and financial reporting knowledge.
\n
• Strong client relationship, communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
\n
• Ability to independently manage multiple engagements and deadlines.
\n
• QuickBooks experience is a plus.
\n
