The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience troubleshooting customer issues with software on both desktop and laptop computersExperience administering Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Active Directory, group policy, and file and folder permissions, in a secure or enterprise environmentExperience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams administrationExperience with information technology, including Linux and Windows, and security processes, including configuration management, continuous monitoring, and assessment and authorizationAbility to follow guidance to support system complianceAbility to assist in managing and maintaining Windows-based systems, including configuration, patching, and system monitoringSecret clearanceHS diploma or GEDDoD 8570 IAT Level II compliant Certification such as Security+ CE CertificationNice If You Have:Experience collaborating with government staff, other contractors, and external IT partners to deliver innovative and effective IT solutions to business and mission challengesExperience creating, escalating, and resolving IT help desk tickets using a ticketing applicationExperience creating and documenting IT standard operating proceduresExperience supporting web applications and documenting technical processes or troubleshooting stepsKnowledge of PowerShell or other scripting tools to automate tasksAbility to learn and apply technical research to solve problemsAbility to collaborate in a team settingPossession of excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including communicating clearly with teammates and leadershipClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
