Basic computer skills for documentation and communication. Ability to successfully complete required background screenings. Your Experience Could Be a Great Fit! You don't necessarily need to have held the title of Vocational Counselor to bring valuable skills to this role. Experience in any of the following areas can be beneficial: Vocational rehabilitation or supported employment. Disability services or human services. Career counseling, coaching, or mentoring. Case management or community-based services. Workforce development or recruiting. Job coaching or employment support. Employer outreach or relationship management. Veteran support services. Education, teaching, or tutoring. Customer service, caregiving, or other people-focused roles. Considering a career change? Skills such as communication, problem-solving, organization, and helping others overcome challenges can transfer well to vocational counseling. If you're passionate about helping people find meaningful employment and are willing to learn, we encourage you to apply! Why Omega? At Omega, your work has a purpose. You’ll join a supportive team dedicated to helping people achieve greater independence through meaningful employment. If you’re ready for a career where the work you do can change someone’s life , we’d love to meet you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
