Business Banker

Location: Hialeah, FL and Doral, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $82,820 per year + year-end bonus and additional incentives

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Banker to develop and manage relationships with small and middle-market business clients. This role is ideal for a motivated banking professional with strong business development skills, a proven ability to build a book of business, and a passion for helping businesses achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of business banking clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Generate deposits, loans, treasury management, and other business banking solutions.
• Work closely with credit and operational teams to support loan requests and client needs.
• Conduct regular client meetings and proactively identify opportunities for relationship expansion.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective business clients.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business banking, commercial banking, or relationship management experience.
• Proven success in business development and client acquisition.
• Existing book of business or established business network preferred.
• Experience with commercial and/or small business lending.
• Strong understanding of business banking products and financial solutions.
• Excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to independently develop new business and meet growth objectives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
